Hi,all! These few days the Spectrum Noir design team has the honor of collaborating with one amazing craft brand -Stampendous. We are having a blog hop on our and Stampendous blogs so be sure to visit the amazing projects from all the DT ladies.
For your inspiration I made an altered gift bag for my mother-in-law birthday from an old paper bag. I stamped the beautiful Seed Catalog on a Dessert Storm craft paper and colored in with alcohol pens and blendable pencils (you can see the colors below). Then I used a lot of scrap paper, some flowers, raffia and a little sentiment from the Angel Wings Quotes stamps set. And for a special effect I embossed around the the image ( and almost everywhere else) with the Purple Encrusted Jewel Kit to add a little bit of color and sparkle. I like how combining all those different materials and textures gave the final "rustic" a look to my gift.
